It is definitely a love hotel but the cleanliness and comfort level are quite acceptable , the bath-room is big and well equipped. Some guest 's comments said massage chair is equipped in the room but it was not in my room , breakfast is fine with no complain. Highly recommend for self driving travelers. I booked the room online and cost HKD 500 =(JPY 8385) , but I found out for short term stay EG : 1800 till next day 1200 it is only cost JPY 3990 excluding TAX .

Hotel rooms are clean. If travel with elderly, it is recommended to take their shuttle bus from the main street to the hotel. There is a big public hotspring area with different types of hotspring pools to choose from. Also a private pool for hotel guests only. Our family had a really good time staying in this hotel.

Although the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the station, it is all uphill, mainly for driving. It will be very hard to walk to the hotel with a large suitcase. People who are not physically fit should walk for at least 20 minutes. The hotel does not have its own shuttle bus, so you can only rely on The Gran Prince Hotel to arrange it. Although there is a shuttle to 1930, it may not be arranged. If you want to have lunch or dinner, you need to walk 15 minutes to the restaurant in the hot spring street. There are no restaurants nearby. The staff are very polite, but please note that there is no staff at the front desk from 1000 to 1500. The 5-story building is older in facilities but the maintenance is OK. The sound insulation of the room is average. The bathhouse has a golden spring pool on the 5th floor, a hotter bath and a cold water pool, and a sauna room. The opening hours are 0600-1000 and 1500-2300.

The property is a little out of the way but you can arrange for the hotel to pick you up from where you are. The service here is good, staff are attentive and quick to assist. Upon arriving, the staff will greet you, bring you to your room and introduce the property. The facilities look old but it's clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is very serene. Yukata was provided but Pyjamas is not provided, you can rent it for an additional charge. Meals are buffet style only.

This is a relatively small hotel, and the hot springs are relatively small, but because there are few guests, I can almost bathe by myself. The waiters were professional and courteous, but not enthusiastic. When we left the hotel, there was no staff to see us off. We have been to many other hot spring hotels, and most of them are very welcoming. The only surprise is that there is all you can drink beer and coffee in the lobby at night.

Because after experiencing the Xiangyang Pavilion, there was a slight gap. Although the overall facilities and services were not comparable, we were panting and pulling the big boxes to climb the slopes. However, there was a separate bathroom, only a public soup pool, and more local people... This price is cost-effective.. It’s OK... next to the stone ladder, there’s a Japanese restaurant, it’s very good.

Entering this hot spring hotel, I felt like a VIP. Choose the 1 night 2 meals package, dinner and breakfast are both served in the hotel restaurant. The only time you soak in the hot spring is when there is only a low wall between you and the hot spring. Don't stand up. Walk slowly toward the screen and stand behind it to avoid exposing yourself. There is a massage chair in the room. Lying down for a massage feels like being massaged by a real person, which is super comfortable. Soak in the hot spring after the massage, or massage again after the soak, to fully relax.

Location is great to the Rokkosan ropeway! Services are fantastic!! The dinners are superb!!! The hotel and facilities are bit old but it’s great for its price. The onsen shower area requires more frequent cleaning however as there was hygiene issues spotted.

The hotel is located in the mid-levels, about ten minutes walk from the tram station is a very sloping road, but it can be agreed in advance to ask the hotel to send a car to pick up and drop off for free. This time, we hit the bus and got on the Arima. When we got off the bus at the stop before Arima Station, we only had to walk on a flat road for about ten minutes, which was easy to handle. The hotel's hot spring facilities are very good, it is said that it is a hot spring, and the hotel is also happy to give coupons to the hot spring street to soak in the gold and silver hot springs. Two meals per night are good. The room has a small terrace with a pleasant view!
