Compare with the price, the overall value is good. Because of the recent typhoon conditions, we canceled part of our trip. And decided to extend our stay in this hotel. We call them to change it before we heading to Japan. We found out booking the same room in Trip.com is much cheaper than call in. We highly recommended checking the Trip.com App. first. 👍👍

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

Well, hotel is next to metro/shinkansen Shinkobe . Not much choice for eating around there after 9:00pm Full of dirt mark on the Carpet…… Facilities/room/equipments are a bit old ….. Better stay near Sanomiya rather than Shinkobe

Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

The hotel is very quiet, just a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya and Meriken Park, which is quite convenient. The hotel's breakfast toast is delicious. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom in the room, but it only has one night, so the overall impact is not great.

Highly recommend for a onsen hotel. The add on kaiseki dinner is wonderful. Breakfast is also such an experience. Onsen can be booked for private use which is included in the package. An overall unforgettable experience. Staff can communicate in English, so no worries. Services and care is excellent.

Just landed in Beijing, and was still at the La Suite Hotel in the morning. I was very satisfied with the hotel. 1 The hotel is suitable for multiple people to travel. Due to the affordable price, it is recommended that everyone strictly report the number of people staying (I stayed in 2 rooms with 2 adults and 1 child) 2 Breakfast is delivered to the room, and there is a mobile dining table 3 Only the small room (at least smaller than 05) can see the Ferris wheel 🎡. If you go to 01 to see the Ferris wheel 🎡, you can't see the Kobe Tower. Of course, the view on the balcony will be better 4 The large round massage bathtub is not available in every room, at least not in the modern room type (whether it is executive modern or luxury modern) 5 The hotel rooms are basically facing east, and you can see the sunrise. 6 I have a question to ask the hotel. Is the room glass one-way? Because the balcony is quite large, people in the next room can see it from the balcony of the next room

Absolutely recommend this hotel! For the price and facilities, it was a great deal. Very spacious and clean rooms with very clean onsens that are available to both public and private. The public onsen was much bigger and looked nicer than the private one. Great for couples and / or families with kid older than 7 year olds. Would recommend families and friends to join. They do have a shuttle bus to & from the hotel to Sannomiya station.

Environment: It looks like a castle from the outside. The Japanese-style room with private bath is very spacious. It is close to Jintang and Business Street. The table will be set ten minutes in advance if the dining time is confirmed. It is a birthday gift and a placemat with the word ”longevity” is used to set the table. It is a sister hotel next door and you can take a bath in the outdoor hot spring pool through the corridor. There are many kinds of food. Most of the cold appetizers are seafood 🦞. Wagyu 🥩 is a little greasy. The overall feeling is very ceremonial. I bought local sake to celebrate and got an ice bucket. You can take a hot spring bath indoors at any time ♨️, which is very satisfying. The reservation is relatively temporary, so it is recommended to plan in advance.

The public bath has two cleaning times, 00-01, 0930-1100. I missed the morning bath and now I regret it. This 800-year-old restaurant has no flaws. I ordered a cake here, which was very delicious.
