The hotel is a new hotel, so there is no star. But it’s very nice! The room is big, clean and wash supplies is good. When we check in, they send us two snacks for us! The location is a little bit far from central, but the hotel is nice and the price is worth!

The 4-star hotel is on a hill. It takes about an hour to drive from the airport. It is equivalent to the edge of the city on the other side. Parking at the hotel is very convenient. It is best to rent a car.

The host of this hotel is good. He is sleeping in the counter at midnight. But whenever you need help at 3am, he will give you a helping hand. He is 100/100! Location is a bit far to the city center when comparing to other hotels. But given for this price, I think it’s very good. There is no cover for the bathing area, so water flash out when showering.

During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. For Pamukkale to live here, the room is not very good, relatively old, do not live on the fourth floor, there is no elevator, moving the box to death, the fourth floor has a good view, there is a small balcony, many bosses give a multi-person room, there are four beds.

Very decent hotel and close to the Pammukale cotton candy. Every room has a private balcony. Complementary breakfast is good. There's a swimming pool that's well maintained. Late check ins were easy and comfortable. Can see hot air balloons flying just from the room balcony. Recommend stay.
