Location is far from the city center. Parking is charged at a relatively high rate. I was charged 500 yen for bike parking. The miso soup breakfast was actually pretty good.

Booked for a solo room but had put into 8 beds dometry room with no window.
Had to walk 200 meter from tram stop after rode more then 10 stops from Kochi station.
Steep stairs with no handrail.
Mosquitoes around and no ventilation made difficult sleep.
Basic rice and soup breakfast in a tiny crammed lounge

The location is quite far from the station. Breakfast is provided, which is a plus. It is generally clean, but there is water stains and mold in some parts of the bathroom. If you arrive after 9 p.m., a late check-in fee of ¥5,000 will be charged, so be careful!!
