Small comfy hotel. Took the Japanese room the futon is quite thin. The staff don't speak much English but they are very helpful. Only 2 power points in the room. A little dusty. Value for money stay.

The hotel is close to JR Kochi Station, within a 5-10 minute walk. The Japanese breakfast is 700 yen and is very rich. The staff is friendly and there is an electric kettle.

The staff were very polite and quick to respond!!
The bathroom in the room was very spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet, a TV and a jacuzzi!!
There was a large public bath and massage chairs that you could use freely, so I would like to stay here again if I travel to Kochi.
There was a twist-type light adjustment bar, but it seemed like it would short out if you fiddled with it. It's a bit scary, so I recommend either turning it off or on.

The hotel is old, but the inside was kept clean.
It was a shame that the sauna water bath was too warm and the massage chair was broken and could not be used.
It's better to rent a bicycle to go to the city center.

I booked the room because it was close to JR station and the room was a Japanese-style tatami room. There were about 9 tatami rooms, so I was lucky enough to stay for 2 nights. It was nice to have a large public bath. In particular, the staff were very friendly and gave a lot of advice and help during the trip. The only inconvenient thing was the stairs at the hotel entrance.

The omelette at breakfast was homemade and very delicious. The staff were cheerful and the large communal bath had a sauna, so it was a very nice hotel.
