房間雖然有些年頭了，但是乾淨整潔。早餐餐廳的擔當者，人很好，營養均衡。這是一家類似包餐旅館，看過《藤野先生》的估計都能記得魯迅仙台時候留學住的那種。每層有燒水壺，還有漫畫書架。連續宿泊 要自己每天把垃圾和用過的毛巾浴巾放在後門口。
