TCS Suites – 3/5 I recently stayed at TCS Suites and, while the experience was decent overall, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. The main concern was the bed condition—it was uncomfortable and didn’t provide a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the bathroom shower had some problems, making it inconvenient to use. Privacy was also lacking, which made the stay less enjoyable. The hotel has potential, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

One of the staff who was handling night shift on front office his attitude was very bad. we complained about ac issue on the midnight, that time his behaviour was too bad. we are 2 ladies stayed there. will never book the property. room was ok.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel. in Ernakulam, Kerala, called "TCS SUITES." ✨ The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy.The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious too, especially the local Kerala cuisine. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend for a memorable stay in Ernakulam!

Excellent stay, well cleaned rooms and bathrooms-the recpetionist was a vergy good person. The food the served was very amazing
