В целом отель не плохой для очень среднего, не притязательного туриста!
Я далеко не такая и сделала огромную ошибку начитавшись отзывов о том, какой чудесный отель! Откуда эти отзывы????? Кто реально считает этот отель хорошим, уютным, качественным и достойным??? Каждый отзыв чистая ложь!!!!
Вот честно, отель не тянет даже на 3*, его спасает только добродушный, услужливый персонал, желание угодить клиенту! Я меняла номер 4 раза!!! Ну это ужас полный в рамках рейтинга и заявленного уровня отеля! В каждом номере плесень на стенах! Оттуда и запах затхлости и сырости! Для меня, аллергика, это просто недопустимо! Мне меняли номер, перед этим опрыскивая его освежителем воздуха, что еще хуже для дыхания и перекрывает этот запах плесени на час всего! Цена очень несоответствует уровню отеля однозначно!!!
Бассейн с ужасным видом на стройки-помойки! фото на сайте это фейк! У бассейна нет персонала никогда! Полотенец так и не нашла! Сервиса нет! Из бара или ресторана вы туда ничего не закажете! Видеосъемки тоже нет, случись что с вами, никто не узнает!!!
Далее, окна: это просто отдельная песня! Мало того, что они не открываются, от слова совсем!!!! Окна заблокированы. Так они еще и большей частью затонированы матовой пленкой! В описании номеров это не указано!!!!
Но есть еще один важный момент, который отель скрывает!!!! Это вход в отель! Он как бы есть, но его как бы и нет!!! Ну если вас везет такси, он привезет ко входу, если вы захотите выйти из отеля- ну сорри, это квест!!!
Вам придется выйти в подземелье, пройти пешком вниз, потом подняться вверх ( я приложила фото!) и после этого вы выйдете на стройку моста, которая здесь уже давно, но на сайте отеля об этом ни слова не сказано! А зная уровень продуктивности Индии, этот мост буду строить еще минимум год!!! И тук тук поймать там не реально!!
Вы забарикодированы в этом отеле!!!
Я приехала с отель с травмой ноги и мне с трудом удавалось ходить, начитавшись прекрасных отзывов, я просто плакала от разочарования!!!
Не совершайте моей ошибки! Есть прекрасный новотель по такой же цене и с уровнем сервиса в разы выше этого! Этот просто помойка!!! Или он должен стоить в 2 раза меньше!!!!

تجربتي لهذا الفندق كانت عن قصد التأكد من صحة هذه التقيمات العاليه فندق خمس نجوم و التقيمات كلها عاليه و بهذا السعر، كنت متواجداً في كوتشي ل١٢ ساعه فقط فقلت ساجربه من اجل ان اتحقق من هذا الكلام، المفاجاءه ان الفندق كان يستحق هذه التقيمات كان نظيفاً جداً و راقياً و لديهم مطعم مميز للافطار، كنت اود ان ابقى اكثر لكن ذهبت مباشرة الى مونار

I really enjoyed my stay at Luxo Hotel. The hotel is cozy, clean, and very well located, close to a metro station, easily accessible from the airport, and convenient for reaching other parts of the city, even though there is heavy traffic on the road next to the hotel due to ongoing metro construction. My room was spacious, and I truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade. What I liked most was the restaurant, which serves excellent South Indian cuisine; I tried both the lunch buffet and the à la carte dinner, and both were outstanding. The staff were also very welcoming throughout my stay. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the pool was not operational during my visit.

The hotel offers a great ambience, a very convenient location, and outstanding staff. The food was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this property.
