When we visited the website and booked Peter's Inn in Kochi for 4 people, the photos and videos made the place look really appealing. However, when we arrived at around 2 am, exhausted and ready to rest, we were in for a shock. After paying the amount, we were shown to our dorm – but it was a complete mess. The beds we had booked were already occupied, and the place was far from clean. We immediately decided not to stay and requested a refund, but they refused. This was truly disappointing and a complete mismatch from what was advertised. Really disappointing!!! We want our refund back.
