The Breakfast experience is very poor. The restaurant staff service is quite poor Though I had booked breakfast for my family for a period of 5 days with my stay. I chose to order Swiggy for 3 days. The Dosas are thrown together like Dung , cannot get one dosa out, it’s like this daily. They are used to guests for whom their companies book their stay, who don’t complain But when a person like me books on his own money and. pays as good as 3 star hotel , it’s disappointing. I have stayed at the same Ginger several times now and can say that restaurant is getting poorer and poorer. Food quality, taste and service are all poor. Restaurant manager has to understand that people are paying for the food and no charity is being done House keeping is very good though Checking in and checking out are pleasant. But the door card. Expiring every noon when a customer has booked for five days is cumbersome. Kindly teach reception staff to see the number of days in the booking before giving the guest a card. Some guests like me may stay for more than a day. Staff at the parking level are excellent
