I returned to this place after a pleasant past experience. As always, the location is prime and beautiful, but the service has declined over the years. It no longer stands out—just an average stay with nothing special to mention. I was informed that breakfast wasn’t available due to kitchen renovations, yet another group was served the same day. Upon inquiry, they claimed we were supposed to be accommodated but never informed. Even 12 days after checkout, I had to chase a refund. Sadly, it has lost its charm.

Food classy People like family Sunrise Awesome Pradeep has always supported,Zefar Brilliant cuisine, Rebecca sweet, Sam sweet, Manoj Shankar Great. Fact I recall names is the way they treat me . I've been there atleast 6 times . Raja helps so much. The natural soaps etc adds to.the experience. It's paradise to us Padmajavictoryinsights

Nice location and good ambience is the top notch of this property Especially the food and it's sooo tasty and taste like home food I would everyone to try once experience it Garden and view is nice and one issue water heater not working properly

Nice lication in the heart of the town. Access to all famous destinations. Clean rooms and good staff service. Very easy access to coakers walk, Kodai lake and bryant park. Drive in and parking all good.. Altogether nice staying experience👍

Good place to stay with family and friends. This is my 3rd time stay in Villa Retreat. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Kids enjoyed the stay and don’t want to leave the place. Evening fire place in room was very cozy for the weather. It was a happy and pleasant stay

The property is located in very good location, the food is food, staffs are great, property has 24x7 securoty so its safe as well. But the room number 204 toilet and wash basin are cracked make sure you are safe while using. Worst mattress and pillow. Even the additional bed is worst.

I had the pleasure of spending December 31st and January 1st at Villa retreat, and it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was exceptional, the services were impeccable, and the attention to detail truly stood out. The staff were courteous and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The dining options were delightful, and the overall atmosphere made for a memorable start to the New Year. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I look forward to visiting again and will gladly recommend villa retreat to others.
