I had very pleasant stay in benzz park hotel. Excellent ambience. Located centrally in the town with a good view. I do not know why but i felt like staying in my house. I liked the food in the small but convenient dining hall. The staff was courteous and provided good service. I enjoyed my stay in benzz park hotel.

It was a beautiful experience in the hotel as it is conveniently located near the city accompanied by warm & helpful staff and delicious food. I highly recommend it to everyone

Due to the road laying we were asked to walk half a kilometer and no transport was provided. I was told on the face that vehicle will be provided for check-in and check-out only. Since the resort was located on a slope my family had to walk with shopping baggage all the way with no courtesy towards guests or elderly. I struggled a lot as i already had knee pain and did not expect it to be like this after paying a huge amount for the stay. Since this was a two day road laying i expected some means of transport from the resort during this period but in vain. All they cared was to save money by not providing transport for this meagre two days to reach to our car parking. However the property was good and located with an excellent view of the valley. The staff needs to understand and learn that the guests should be put before everything in this business.
