"Hamuse is strategically located in the heart of kodaikanal.The rooms are spacious modern and clean.The staff is very polite ,helpful and made us feel feel thoroughly at home.They also helped and guided us in visits. Ours was a group of senior citizens with varied dietary requirements and tastes.The chefs rallied around to give us personalized attention and even looked after a member who fell ill. Having said all this, Their restuarants need special mention.Their breakfast lay out is varied and delecious with home baked confectionery.Besides local cuisine the Thai and Chinese spread was delightful.All in all the stay was memorable and value for money"

"I stayed for 3 days during the second week of september, i was traveling with my family, so we chose the four cot room, on arriving, the staff helped with luggage and they were super friendly too, the four cot room was very spacious and had various furnitures like a table, chairs, sofa, etc. The bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. For hot water, a heater was available in the bathroom. A television and a landphone was provided for calling the staff in need of any. The breakfasts provided are not free but to be paid while check out, during my stay the prices for breakfast was 100- and tea was 20- which is not very expensive and food is somewhat decent. There are not very good restaurants nearby and so it's best to have breakfast from here. The staff are super friendly and they did provide good service. The hotel surroundings are decently maintained and gives u a good scenery. The hotel is close to most attractions so travel-ling won't take so long."

"This is my first time to ever write a review saying that I'm actually speechless about Pine Borough Inn. I understand that there are reviews that the service staff ask us to write, but this is different. Mr. Palanivel received us well at the reception, showed us a number of rooms to choose, gave us an exceptional service by attending to our needs on time and guiding appropriately. The most interesting person I met is Mr. J.S. Jaya Pradeep, the owner of Pine Borough Inn. (Talk to him and figure it out ;) The rooms are good. New renovations were happening but they made sure it didn't disturb our peace. Thought-provoking quotes can be found wherever you turn (photos added). It's truly a refreshing experience. Do visit without a second thought. You won't regret it."

"Got a deluxe room @900 per night in December which is money worth it.Staffs are approachable and kind.price of food is nominal.Morning breakfast to dinner snacks and beverages that we order comes to our room which is great!1.5 km down the main lake. My average rating will be 4 out of 5.The reason being we don't have geaser separately in our rooms. It's common so if the hotel is crowded we need wait for hot water. It's a great deal, happy stay,thoroughly enjoyed!!"

"Booked the hotel specifically for ev charging facility. But it was not working at all. And the hotel staffs did not provide alternate charging point also even though I had portable charger. They were keep on trying to repair their charger till 10pm and then they are asking me to charge outside. If you have EV car and want to charge here during your stay, don't book this hotel."

"First, They have not updated their Photos. This is 25 years old property with No Maintenance, No staff, Same Buffet Menu all Day. Even, they provided us A villa beside the Resort Where No Security Provision was there. No Timely Service of Orders. Phone is not Working to call back reception. No Internet No Entertainment. We booked for 3 nights, But we thought it wonot be wise decision to stay in this condition and spoil our holidays. Hence, we got early check out without any refund. Because its their policy not to service the Guest and Not to give Refund for their failure. I would have given Negative Values, if it was there. If you want to spoil your holidays, Welcome to the Heaven"
