Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway

We stayed in beachfront room, the location is hidden, remoted in end of lonely beach, its hard to drive in esspecially when it is dark. The room and service are good.

I recently stayed in a pool villa at this hotel, and while the overall experience was okay, there were some issues. The villa itself was spacious and nice, but it felt a bit old and in need of maintenance. One major downside was the jacuzzi, which had a bubble function that wasn’t working. The shower was also frustrating, as the water heater didn’t function properly, giving only very hot or very cold water with no in-between. On the second day, we faced low water pressure, and the heater stopped working altogether. Despite informing the staff in the late morning and returning in the afternoon, the problem was still not fixed. It seemed like the front desk and the maintenance team didn’t communicate well, which was disappointing. As for the breakfast, it was just okay—nothing special but decent enough. That said, one good point is that the price is reasonable compared to other hotels on the island. If they can improve their maintenance and service, this place could be a much better choice.

Beautiful property, beautiful room, lovely breakfast the massage was amazing. The beach was awesome, Ko Chang was a bit underwhelming for me tho.

Kid friendly hotel with great facilities. However it feels like they were understaffed while we stayed. Our room did not get cleaned until late everyday.

Pretty far from town if you like quite this good choice the room looks well maintained but not really working like Bathtub, electric In wardrobe, phone desk and we informed the staff to fix all but still not working service staff good pool nice
