A disaster! The worst place we have ever been! We arrived and left a deposit of 1000 baht, there is no air conditioning, no fridge, it is very small with just a mosquito net with a hole, torn and dirty! The photos are misleading, the bungalow is more like a cabin of very poor quality, worn and damaged..... I have several photos to support this! They had put paint on the floor to remove a stain, it was not dry, it smelled very strongly of paint when we arrived, in addition it was at the entrance to the bed and at the entrance to the bathroom, in the end we walked on it in the night without meaning to, we had lots of paint on our feet, the toilet had not been flushed, with "tire" marks and urine at the bottom, yuck! Bathroom open to the outside, mold stains everywhere, sink faucet tinkered with, meh, when we flushed the toilet in the night it wouldn't stop, it took us half an hour to try to stop it. The worst thing was the mattress!! A very, very poor quality spring mattress, they added something on top that looked more like a floor mat, it was so hard that it only made the mattress more uncomfortable! We asked if they had a solution to offer us because of course when we woke up we had pain everywhere: back, neck...! She told us no, it was the same in all the bungalows... she could have given us a better quality bungalow because there were always availabilities online, but I think that money and being able to rent was more important than the well-being of her customers... the small terrace only damaged benches too they had to repaint often everywhere to hide the misery and no table. Only a small trash can in the bathroom and to top it all off one of the steps to go up to the bungalow completely collapsed under our weight they repaired it with a wooden plank! Behind this hut it's dirty! There is barbed wire, the water from the bungalow of another resort behind it spills out. The view is facing a wall, the beach access is not far but frankly not great dilapidated, broken stone benches, the sea water is dirty too.... No room service, nor breakfast Do not trust the photos especially! We paid dearly! much too expensive! *know that for a little more than half the price a few days before on panghan we had really better with air conditioning, fridge, real terrace, kitchen and especially a comfortable mattress and for the same price (1 day less) at samiu a few days before too, we had a room with small private pool, sea view, air conditioning, fridge and kitchen, breakfast and room service! a 3 star! So we are really disappointed, it spoiled our last 4 days in Panghan a bit, we deserve a refund!

We lived here for 11 days, during which time we did not have a single cleaning, towels were not changed either, we swept the veranda ourselves. The room is 9 meters in size, it is very worn out, there is no refrigerator, no air conditioning, no wardrobe, there is very little space, there is a mattress on the bed with protruding springs, only springs and a cover, there is nothing between them, it is very uncomfortable to sleep, it hurts to roll over, the place itself is not noisy, near the sea, but in the neighboring bungalow there were discos almost daily and until half of the night. There are holes everywhere in the bungalow, there is no door in the toilet, the shower is directly above the toilet, the floor in the shower is like earth with stones, constantly wet and cold, it is not comfortable to step on, there are holes in the walls to the street, because of this, insects are constantly in the room, cockroaches 5 cm each , lizards, other beetles are different, mosquitoes and even grasshoppers. Water was also not provided. There should be a restaurant on the territory, but we did not find it, the territory of the hotel itself is not large. We will definitely not come here again, we did not get pleasure from the accommodation. The beach is not bathable, because it is very dirty, no one has ever cleaned it, a lot of leaves, algae and garbage.
