The hotel staff were very kind from arrival to check out. From the time we made the reservation, we contacted each other via WhatApp and kindly informed us of check-in/check-out, airport pick-up, schedules to enjoy locally, etc. It is not a large-scale complex, but it feels much more elegant and luxurious than the surrounding resorts or villas. For breakfast, a chef comes to the villa at a pre-arranged time and cooks it himself. Just like eating at home! The menu is not very diverse, just a simple breakfast such as bacon/sausage/cereal/fried egg/fruit. Each villa has a pool, but it is a little regretful that it would have been better if there was a main pool with a sea view that all guests can use. Anyway, I really enjoyed the trip with my family after a long time.

Nice villa, good service, nice homemade breakfast in the villa in the mornings. We stayed in the Helaconia villa and the pool was in a terrible state, we did not use it, the tile vas broken and very skarp. There is no common pool, and not enougt beachchairs on the beach, so we ended up sitting on our towels on the beach, felt not so premium. Good location on a quiet beach with good restaurants.

Our adult family enjoyed the most beautiful holiday at Lotus Samui. The staff are all amazing and cannot do enough to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. We are all dreaming of a return! Jenny couldn’t do enough to organise day trips and organised a really special surprise for our wedding anniversary. Nam is an amazing cook and we loved her beautiful dinners with the occasional cooking tips. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Our family of 8 - six adults and two teenagers - spent a glorious week at Villa Chi Samui. It was so amazing, we voted it our best family vacation ever, and we've been on quite a few. What makes this house so special, and so incredibly relaxing, is the first class service from the house manager K. Aom and her staff, and the exceptional chef K. Nam. Basically, their outstanding service - delivered with the most exquisite graciousness - makes it so you don't have to worry about a thing or lift a finger while you're in this breathtaking home. K. Aom arranged for daily yoga lessons and massages at the house every day, and K. Nam cooked us the most delicious breakfasts and one outstanding dinner, better than any restaurant on the island. The house is beautifully designed, with open living areas leading up to the beach, where we spent many an evening watching the sun set. Villa Chi Samui had 5 beautiful bedrooms, with comfortable beds and huge en suite bathrooms. There is a lap pool and a second pool by the water's edge. All around, there are comfortable lounge areas where you can congregate with others or read a book on your own. You will never want to leave.
