Cheap and affordable, the room is big, there is no increase in the price during the Songkran Festival, the service at the front desk and several Burmese sisters are very good, breakfast is cooked to order, it is not far from the dive shop, and the soundproofing of the room is also great👍🏻.

However, one drawback was the noise; you could hear conversations from other guests in nearby rooms, which made it difficult to enjoy a quiet night. The hotel itself is in an ok location, there are some restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly and can book taxis and tours. Wi-Fi is hit and miss, most of the time it’s ok. The shower is hot but not very powerful. The biggest issue with the hotel is the smell throughout. I don’t know what the problem is but it absolutely stinks of faeces and sewerage, to the point where I gagged a few times. The bedroom was the only place that didn’t smell. The breakfast has 2 options and both were average. We were provided with towels and shower products which is great, and there is a fridge in the room which is good. Beds are comfortable. All in all an ok stay.
