Pros:
The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach in front of the hotel was stunning. The staff were very attentive and always helped with carrying our luggage. They also assisted in calling a taxi for us. We especially appreciated the complimentary paddle boards and kayaks available at the beach a wonderful touch!
Areas for improvement:
The road leading to the hotel is quite steep, and the entrance can be a bit dark at night. Improving the lighting and signage could help make guests feel more comfortable.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Keep up the great work!

It was quiet and cozy. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling! The villa we stayed in had little power supply, which made it a little difficult.

Not recommended to stay here. The room isn’t comfy enough to sleep. Air-condition was very noisy and the bathroom wasn’t working well. There are lot of staffs around but helpless. Only thing staff could do only says “Sorry”. They can’t fix anything cause management set the rule up very restricted. We have problem alot about the transfer car. It’s not cover the timing of ferry. Beach was nice. Food was okay. Better just to visit for sunbath. cause the tour boat will take you there anyway to see the turtle. Even we paid to stay there. They still asked you to pay for snockling anyway. Not worth it

Hotel was beautiful. Snorkeling off the beach was pretty good, small sharks, turtles, tropical fish. The beach was busier than expected. Hotel is removed from hubbub but beach is public and well used. Hotel has basic shuttle service to main area. Hotel rooms would benefit from in room sitting.

The place is beautiful, Grandma's room, but we have the impression that they are in too much of a hurry for the customers and you need an elevator to reach the office.

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it is far from being so. The bay is very beautiful, and this is the only advantage of the hotel. Lots of people come for breakfast, but there is only one coffee machine, which is managed by a very unfriendly madam. Hotelier, buy a couple more coffee machines and stop torturing guests!
