Our experience at Anantara was nothing short of amazing. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable mattresses and fresh linens. The beach was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The service was top-notch, and the pool was fantastic. We also enjoyed the hotel’s restaurants—the food was excellent. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

此酒店無論位置、環境和硬件設施都很優越。但不知是否針對華人，服務態度冷漠，大堂的一位中文女接待員，始終面無表情冷若冰霜高高在上的態度，安排的管家陰陽怪氣，加了微信不僅回覆慢並且所問非所答，衹會推銷產品，大概是因為沒有參加他推薦的3000泰銖一位的晚餐和按摩？。在房間點的意麪，上來的是一小盤沒有任何調料和味道的白麪條，給人感覺就是故意的，非常的過分！退房時那位中文接待來電告知行李員會在13:00去房間取行李，隨後13:30管家再來接人，行李是按時取走了，但我在房間等到13:45管家還沒有來，微信詢問不回覆，你沒空可以説一聲，或者我自己走到大堂都可以的！於是自行打電話到客服中心才來電瓶車接的人，然而到大堂門口看到管家正在眉開眼笑的幫助歐美人揹着行李包送行。酒店所作所為給人直接的感受就是在針對華人！我訂的是沙灘別墅，共住了四晚，隔壁換了三波客人，近五千一晚的價格，得到的是不對等的服務，我想其他預訂這個房型的客人大概也就住個一兩晚體驗一下。安納塔拉我住過多地多家，總之這家服務太不盡人意，甚至令人氣憤！（圖4是他們送來的意麪）
