Dirty scam NOT 4 star ⭐️ requested disabled access got given top floor with pipes sticking out the floor from water mains, no shower bath only so couldn’t wash and staff lied saying we not turned up and cancelled us then said we walked out but they have kept our £500 and booking com will not help and bank won’t charge back, if a Mhome says this place is nice they clearly never travel or have average expectations as it’s a complete dump, review it properly look at the photos it has blown patio glass doors so no views, rusty dripping a/c units and water pipes sticking out floor of rooms, self service on all inclusive including the drinks yet it’s apparent 4 star ⭐️ fraud of a hotel just look at my pictures of the room and this was an apparent good one including the mice running across the reception floor to the closed kitchen and they wonder why people don’t stay. LOOK PHOTOS beautiful hallways of 4 star ⭐️ hotel absolutely disgusting how anyone can enjoy this and say it’s clean and lovely is clearly lying pictures don’t lie imaging you think you booked a beautiful beach front with family as we thought then walk into this imagine how you feel after handing over your hard earned money to get ruined holiday

The sheets and towels were clean, everything else...not. The food was like at the fast food restaurants and the same everyday. Sometimes only at dinner 1 dish was diferrent. The sea is clear and clean the beach and at the pool not. You don't even have a shower before you enter into pool.

It was a very nice period with fantastic weather in Thassos. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and with many choices for the guest. The pool covered us during the day and the buffets at dinner were satisfactory. Ideal location and clean environment to isolate yourself and have a nice vacation.

I have spent a week there with my wife and little son. The location is spectacular. View from the room also very nice. We enjoyed the balcony too. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They do the most they can. But - the food was rather boring and bland. Usually nearly cold- were the heaters working? The rooms are clean but have not been supervised for a long time -the shower knob leaking, the sewage tap on the floor fell inside, we had to cover it with the towel. For a 4* hotel it is clearly lacking supervision and management. There is obviously no technitian on site.Nobody seams to be incharge - we havent seen a responible manager around. The pool very nice with spectacular view! But it could be cleaned more frequently (sand and leaves inside). Pool bar good, open till late. Elevators - out of order Overall: Management of the hotel - 1 Maintenance - 1 Cleaning staff - 2 Food - 2/3 Drinks at the pool - 5 Friendliness, helpfulness of the lobby,pool,restaurant staff - 5 Location - 5

IT is a bad experiente, stay away... No cleaning at all, It is old funiture, it smells bad at the entry to recepționat, buschies all around, no one cut grass or anything else. Pool water was dirty and no cocktails on day

This hotel is a tourrist trap one of the worst experience ever. Wish i new earlier but we couldnt find accomodation to thassos due to its high demand everything was full. I rarely write any reviews but i have to give a warning about this one

The hotel, although 4-star, did not have facilities for this category, although the price of the room is very high for what it offers! It was as if abandoned, not at all neat, in urgent need of renovation! Food was insufficient and of poor quality. Cleanliness was substandard, we asked for new towels for the bathroom after 5 days and they told us they don't have any! This hotel has been left in the time of the 80s! I do not recommend it to anyone!! Disappointment!!

As for the quality, I think it is good for the price paid, the sea is good, the pool is also good, but the area around the pool is a complete disaster, cat and dog feces, things that are not cleaned and not vacuumed. I asked why the feces are not cleaned in so many places, I was told that there is no cleaning staff in the pool, the cleaning in the rooms is very inadequate, the drain covers are open and the smell of sewer often fills the surroundings, as seen in the photos, it could actually be a perfect business with 3-4 touches, but unfortunately it was not. It got a poor rating from me and it will never be among my options for my holiday again.
