Wonderful boutique hotel. Comfortable large room overlooking the garden and a very nice renovated bathroom. We had drinks and a lovely dinner in their beautiful garden. Breakfast offered a good variety but coffee was charged extra. Attentive and friendly staff.

Wonderful, well designed and very well maintained hotel with an exceptional service. People who work here go an extra mile to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful garden, which in warmer days is probably a gem of its own. I am here in early spring, sitting outdoors as I type this review, sipping my green tea and listening birds chirping. True Kokand style dolce vita!

I stayed at this new boutique hotel on a business trip from May 29th to June 5th. Location is convenient along one of Kokand's major roads close to city centre. Very pleasant new property with very clean rooms, friendly staff and a most beautiful garden area. I particularly enjoyed dining in the outdoor garden eating the charcoal grilled Kebabs, delicious orange infused lentil soup and fresh salad with local type mozzarella cheese. Nice young hotel manager who greets you and looks after all your needs. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting this city!

The hotel is nicely located not far from the palace of Kudayar Khan and the Jami mosque. It is also possible to go to the bazar on foot. The place is luxueus: clean, new, confortable and the rooms are large. The French garden is a wonderful place to take a drink and cool down. The breakfast is ok, the restaurant is ok though if you do not want to move out, but there are better options in town. The staff of very friendly and willing to help

Located close to the city centre of Kokand this wonderful small hotel offers a homely feel, comfortable rooms, nice gardens, good dining options. Service is friendly and staff and management go out of their way to serve their guests. Great place to stay in Kokand!

The rooms are very spacious with all the modern amenities, beds are really comfortable. The garden view from the room is amazing. The breakfast was the best I had in Central Asia Most importantly the staff is very helpful guy on Reception organized a shared taxi and drove me to the taxi stand.
