Dear Mr. Manik We had a very good time in your hotel. Wish we had more time to spend there. The food was delicious, very good customer service, nice Christmas decor, and a beautiful hotel with a classic look. We missed a boat tour of the lake because of time but had a lake view from our room window. We immensely enjoyed the live classical dance performance in the evening. Keep doing a good job. The service at the Leela is extraordinary. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are beautifully clean and very comfortable with ice cold AC. A particular mention for Mr Bijou. He above and beyond to make out stay special by helping us get a place on a boat trip that we have not booked correctly. A genuinely wonderful *** and proud Keralan. Thank you all.

We stayed at this hotel as a large group from Scotland for a family wedding. What a fantastic hotel we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was wonderful. Amazing staff who could not do enough for us. They helped in everything from arranging taxis, excursions, boat trips etc. The rooms are large and comfortable with various options to choose from, room service is excellent. The breakfast is vast and varied as is the evening buffet where the choice is immense. All the food is exceptional and beautifully presented. I cannot praise the staff at this hotel enough every single one of them was courteous, friendly and exceptionally attentive to our every need and the management must be so proud of their professionalism. It is highly unlikely that we will return to this hotel in the future but I’m sure we will never forget this lovely place and cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking to book it, just go you won’t regret it. Thank you.

Great Hotel and stay. The welcome staff were brilliant and welcoming. We missed the complementary boat ride as we arrived after it was scheduled. However, the staff at the reception were kindly booked one for us the next morning and that was a highlight. A shoutout to Bijil Raj and Christopher from the restaurant who were very friendly and helpful with the food.

Lovely place. We had a bad start here and were waiting sometime to check in as there was an English contingent over for a wedding and were late checking out and not the most pleasant. We did not get a welcome and the staff seemed very flustered. Now note I have given 5 circles. After that the staff were exceptional. The rooms were clean and we were fortunate as they put them side by side. The pool is clean and the pool staff very helpful. The food is amazing! The restaurant manager was very good and my son enjoyed the banter with him. Would definitely recommend.

Leela Ashtamudi is such a beautiful place, I would highly recommend this for families looking for a relaxed vacation. I visited there with my parents as a part of the lake and beach ecstacy package and truely felt like a home away from home. The staff at keraleeyam are just amazing and make us feel really special.. they were mindful and caring! I totally appreciate this place and its people... starting from the driver Biju who picked us up from the airport to every staff we met at Ashtamudi were fantastic!

Leela Ashtamudi - The Raviz, it’s a Wonderful property calm and serene. Great location - backwater facing. Courteous staff. Pleasant weather. A hybrid version of both heritage and modern hospitality. Decent food. What more to ask for during travel.
