Location was good, about 30 mins away from town center. Property is well kept and neat. Rooms were clean. Spa experience was decent - not amazing but okay. Pros: Neat and clean property Staff communicates well Will arrange driver for pick up and drop at an additional fee Calm and serene area Spa is available Cons: Food can be a hit and miss. Most of the kerala cuisine food that we had tasted very good, but if you order chinese or anything else, it might not taste great.

We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Fragrance Nature! The service was truly excellent—every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We booked the lake view room with a private pool, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the serene lake view and relaxing in the private pool was pure bliss. The resort is so beautiful and amazing. The backwater view and complimentary boatride is extraordinary. Must visit. Good for families. Food is also good. Customer service is fantastic. Love the view. One of the best in kollam and varkala.

We had a wonderful stay here and every minute was worth it. Clean and well maintained property and delicious food. All major attractions are also within an hour duration also. Staff was very polite and humble. Overall experience is peaceful and calm throughout.

We had a truly memorable experience at Fragrance Nature Resort. From the moment we booked, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special thanks to Mr. Arun, the General Manager, who made our booking experience seamless and ensured our stay was perfect. The highlight of our visit was the spa treatment at Prana Spa. We enjoyed a deeply relaxing full-body massage followed by a steam bath. Our therapists, Akhilesh and Rakhi, were extremely skilled, and the treatment left us feeling completely rejuvenated. We were also very impressed with the spa’s resident doctor, Dr. Reju Ravindran, who guided us with his expertise and ensured a personalized wellness experience. The resort itself is beautiful — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family stay. The entire atmosphere of the resort promotes relaxation and well-being. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing escape with top-notch hospitality, wellness treatments, and a family-friendly environment!

Resort is located just next to lagoon and lot of activities are available for fun, food is good, lot of greenery, lagoon facing room are available, very nice vacations for family, we did kayaking which costed around 1000/- per person, and you can row around mangoove forest which should be a good experience
