We have been to the Polish Baltic Sea several times, but we have never been as disappointed in another hotel as we were in the Diva Spa. It all started at reception, where we were greeted in a very unfriendly and half-hearted manner. After a journey of around 1000 km, we would have wished for something different. At the beginning we were taken to a family apartment, which was very dirty and in places very badly damaged. After around 45 minutes, someone finally came to the room and took us to a new one. This one was much better. Small things that had bothered us were fixed relatively quickly. The fact that the heating in the bathroom didn't work and we had complained about it was actually ignored throughout our entire stay. The caretaker was supposed to come to our room at 8:30 a.m. on the second day to fix it. We waited for him for almost an hour in vain. There wasn't even a proper apology for having waited an hour unnecessarily. From the outside, the hotel looks very in need of renovation. The interior looks very nice at first glance. If you look more closely, you can see that the furniture is very worn and damaged. The cleaning staff, whether in the rooms or in the hotel area, really only do the bare minimum. Only as far as the eye can see. The two pool tables and the two table football tables are very worn and broken in places. In other hotels, it would be grossly negligent and a criminal offense to let someone play with them. There is a risk of injury. The service staff are really at a loss for words. Unfortunately, we noticed that they were extremely arrogant, unfriendly and, above all, often absent-minded. Some walked around like zombies and didn't really know what they were doing. They didn't even ask for drinks. You had to go to the bar to order something yourself. Unfortunately, dinner was only served until 7 p.m. Which is a bit early in my opinion. But we knew that beforehand. The service staff took this very seriously and in some cases turned the lights out at 7 p.m. sharp. So you were indirectly thrown out at 7pm. Crazy!!!!!! Most of the dishes and glasses are damaged. Even when I complained, the damaged dishes were simply taken back without comment?!?! Although we had mentioned several times that the staff seemed extremely annoyed and unmotivated, nothing was changed in the days that followed. Everyone probably still had a hangover from New Year's Eve. It doesn't matter that I and my family are the ones who suffer, having looked forward to the holiday for a whole year. Thanks for nothing. !!!! On the last day we wanted to have the halva café in the Vafe Hotel that was advertised everywhere. When I entered the café at 4:55pm, the waiter told me that they were closing in 5 minutes because there weren't enough guests. The Ca
