We were there on May 3, we wanted to spend a weekend in Kolpino, the location is relatively good, it was cleaned normally like in any hotel, no more no less, the hotel sets a high price but it was not justified (don’t think that if it’s expensive it’s better) for that price I wanted to get good service, but there is no service, the staff is something with something, when asked where you can eat, the “girl”, without looking up from her business, said look on the Internet, although there was a brochure from a cafe on the counter, instead of friendliness and responsiveness it was just rudeness and lack of respect for guests, on all issues, there was a feeling that she let us in to spend the night, that we were some kind of distant relatives, it was very unpleasant, unfortunately we arrived late and hoped for a rating, we moved out the next day, found another place, almost 2 times cheaper, but more sincere, polite and hospitable, we really regret that we spent a lot of money for humiliation due to Chomsky and inconsiderate attitude
