At night, you can see the stars, and in the morning, the river in front of the inn was overwhelming and amazing. The service was also polite, and I would like to go back again.

I stayed here for work, but it was a very nice hot spring and I felt like I was on vacation. It would have been even better if coffee was included with breakfast.

The food was good. The dining area was a large hall, but the tablecloths and tableware were lovely. The portions were large and the seasoning was strong for a kaiseki meal, but it was very delicious. My husband, who doesn't drink alcohol and eats a lot, seemed to be quite full. The breakfast was salty, but overall it was delicious. I was full. We stayed in a twin room in the villa "Ichika Ichiyo". I was worried that 16.5 square meters would be small, but thanks to the full-length window that leads to the open deck, it felt spacious and we were able to open our suitcases easily. It was much better than the photos on the website. The two bath towels, cute socks and embroidered towels were great points. They even prepared cold water and polished our shoes while we were eating. I would like them to improve the situation where we have to turn off the power to the spare light in order to use the hair dryer in the bathroom, and it would be nice if they could make coffee available. It was the day after a heavy rainfall during the rainy season, and the fast-flowing river in front of us made a loud roaring sound when we left the window open, which was not a murmuring sound. We had planned to go to Senjojiki Cirque, but it had rained so hard that a landslide had caused the road to be closed. Since we had told them it was our birthday, they treated us to a plum drink and a photo, which was carefully bound and became a wonderful keepsake. Thank you very much. Although it is undeniable that the inn is old and somewhat inconvenient, there were fresh flowers displayed throughout the building, the service was good, the furnishings were tasteful, and the service was warm and traditional, creating a nice atmosphere. It may have been because it was not a busy weekday season, but for this price range, it was a quiet, adult inn that provided a high level of satisfaction.

This inn is famous for its delicious food. However, as you can see by repeatedly reading TripAdvisor, where many reviews are honest, perhaps because the head chef has changed, the food is no longer delicious. It was disappointing that there were no particularly delicious dishes. The service was very good, from the manager and almost everyone in general. It is not as good as Senin Onsen Iwanoyu, which is famous for its good service, but it is quite good. As some people have pointed out, the water is too hot, but if you go at 10pm, just before it closes at 11pm, it seems to be at the right temperature. The inn's hot spring temperature management must be wrong. There is also something wrong with the air conditioning management in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep, so I slept with the window open. There were unsightly and suspicious facilities in the building, such as an elevator that was not working. The batteries in the remote control for the toilet in the room seemed to be dead. Would the food have been more satisfying if I had chosen a more expensive plan instead of a more reasonable one?
