The hotel’s staffs are friendly. The location is pretty convenient, there are few eating places and below the basement, there is supermarket to shop. At the restaurant, you are able to see the harbour view

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A nice touch to my stay experience was when the staff offered to pack the included breakfast earlier than breakfast timing so I could still have my breakfast when leaving for my early morning trip! Hotel also had a mart and cafes closeby for convenient meals.

Location is good, 10minute by private transfer from airport (~70k) and walkable to main-street, though grab bike is also available (~14k). The hotel is with a shopping center of their own. A big supermarket and pharmacy, even Minso and Fast food restaurant (CFC) are available there.
They provide breakfast box, you can take them to day tour at 6:30am. Otherwise they have great view at the breakfast place on the roof.
The rooms are equipped with a good size of bathroom. Even though the towels and sheets are not in the best condition, it’s enough for a night or two. My only concern is with the shower, which the water is very slow and with limited heat.

Hotel is nicely located, 75K from the airport.
The highlight is the restaurant on the 7th floor to overlooking sunset. They also have good drinks there.
Room is basic, but downstairs has convenient stores, that’s a plus.

Check in process is fairly simple and quick. I arranged for a pick up from the hotel at a pre-arranged price. You can choose who to pay to -- the driver or the hotel. Ensure that is clarified from the beginning. Breakfast is boring. I had asked for vegetarian food for the three days but was asked to avail myself from the buffet. The staff did not know what was vegetarian so one had to ask the other and this took up time. I gave up on day 2 and day 3 cos there were eggs in the so called vegetarian dishes. Ate the bread and had the local cakes.
Checkout is at 12 p.m. and they call to remind you about it.
Bathroom amenities are sufficient.
My friends in other rooms had a view of a wall.
My triple room with balcony overlooked the sea and we had wonderful views. Poolside music in the afternoon is loud.

Delonix - junior suite room - was very nice, Clean, large and bright with balcony on two sides. Spectacular sunset view from room! Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location is not quite at the jetty where all the action is, and transportation to the seafood night market will cost 75K rupiahs 1 way.
Breakfast was adequate - but simple and repetitive.
Biggest negative is that hotel will not allow you to take towels out and will charge 100K "rental" fee if you do so. The boat trip I went on expected us to bring our own towels and this would have been an issue with us had we been staying at this hotel on the day we went on the boat trip.

The room we stayed in was a bit tight, but clean and comfortable. Service was great! Met many staff that’s been very helpful, but Melinda (housekeeping) and Arsen are the 2 names that I remembered
