We stayed in this hotel from 13th June till 18th June for 5 nights. We arrived at the hotel early morning around 2 am and Sahin welcomed us with a courteous attitude. He offered us some hot soup as the restaurant had closed for dining. The room was neat and clean. Basically we were on All inclusive package where the food was good and there was a good variety too. The lady making pancakes was very welcoming. The pool was well kept. The hospitality was at its best. The Reception, Housekeeping and F&B staff were very helpful. The icing on the cake was the Spa. Me and my wife had a two hour package deal for 30£ each. This included Sauna, Coffee scrub, Foam massage, Face mask and Aroma Therapy full body massage. Arif did it for me and Elvira did for my wife. Both were equally good. We both had a very pleasant experience as this was something new too. Their warmth and positivity simply impressed us. Midway they served us some pomegranate tea which was mind boggling. In the end we were convinced that this package was very much worth the money we paid for it. I would recommend this quality Spa to every tourist holidaying in Konakli(Antalya). Love from Savio Fernandes Room no 510

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! DO NOT go to this awful place!!! I went with my partner and 18 year old son, the "entertainer" took a liking to my son and kept trying to get him to go to discos with him, my son was sensible enough not to go, the staff are rude and most say they don't speak English, They only serve gin and vodka for alcoholic drinks, they often ran out of vodka, as the staff stayed up all night drinking it!!! The "manager" spends all day messing about in the pool and drinking with his freinds. The food (if you can call it that) is the same food all day every day and it's vile!!!! The rooms were basic and ok, not been mopped for years tho. My son heard some thing in the roof of his room, sounded like a mouse scratching, there was mould in the corner and on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom window wudnt stay open unless propped open with a cup, we showed them the videos and they refused to change his room, stating they don't have any available (it wont let me add the video for you to see for yourself). Whilst talking to a other english couple they said they heard the same thing as my son. The pool is the only decent part of the hotel, if you can cope with the loud music and annoying "entertainer" who constantly mithers you. The beach is a good 10-15 minute walk away, don't be fooled by the bar and restaurant sign, it was NEVER open, but the beach is OK for a break away from the hotel!!! The area itself has a good variety of shops and restaurants. The restaurants are quite cheap and serve good food, we NEVER ate at the hotel. We found out whilst there that love holidays have taken it off there website. I contacted love holidays whilst there and they gave me a refund for some of the money we paid for the hotel, which helped with paying for food away from the dreaded hotel, please please DO NOT waste your money on this place!!!!

Terrible food, we are not fussy eaters but it was the exact same thing every day, lunch and dinner- basically lived off of the bread everyday. What you can look forward to: rice, plain pasta, meat in a tomato sauce, chicken legs in a sauce and a couple vegetable dishes then a salad bar. For dessert there was the same 3 cakes each night and watermelon or oranges for fruit. They also put out days old food, we had the same potatoes from breakfast at dinner and the exact same chicken 3 days in a row. The timings of meals were pretty good for us although ‘night food’ (10pm-3am) was just lumpy soup and bread. We arrived at 2:30am after travelling for over 12 hours and were asked if we were hungry only to be met with that. We ended up eating off site for a lot of the holiday to get both variety and nutrition. There was also a poor choice in drinks - only beer wine and vodka for alcohol and fanta, coke, sprite, water for soft drinks. Good luck getting a drink though as the only bar and reception were often unattended. The pool was nice, decent size and temperature but there was not enough seating - people just left towels from the day before. there was also just a handful of chairs in the bar and that was just nowhere near enough for the amount of people there. The room was what you’d expect of a double room in an all inclusive hotel with a balcony. it was a decent size, good storage, and had air con. bathroom was spacious, good shower, toilet, sink and mirror, only thing was the door didn’t fully shut. Room ‘cleaning’ was just making the bed and replacing used towels - what you’d expect. however, the room didn’t seem to have had a good clean ever. the floors were filthy and the bathroom was stained. we also didn’t have a bedsheet when we arrived and had to ask the person at the front desk to help. Non of the staff go out of their way to give good service, although friendly when speaking, they often walked off mid-request. The hotel itself seems very rundown, not dated just not well kept. the entertainment was very bland and only lasted about 20 minutes each night (a good thing). there was obnoxiously loud music everyday from when the pool bar opened (10am) to when it shut (10pm) and sometimes until as late as 1 am. Despite being advertised as free, the wifi was not included and was a further €20 for the stay (not too bad) but we opted to just use data. Didn’t pay an immense cost for all inclusive but this hotel was more than some of the other places we looked at. Also, as expected as it is to have entertainment reps at resorts, there was an incredibly annoying and rude rep here. Constant pressure and touchy, forcing you to take part in the activities and on evenings pressure to go to a nightclub “club summer garden” that, according to the reviews is very anti-brits. We didn’t go due to the horrible reviews but the reps relentless pestering warranted a mention here. This hotel was removed from love holidays - the site we booked with - and we c

i can’t start this review without mentioning the dreaded ‘entertainer’. my god, insufferable doesn’t even begin to cover it. you’d think he was being that obnoxious on purpose. get this: you’re sitting by the pool, enjoying the sun and the silence. tranquility. you think, maybe this holiday isn’t so bad after all! then… he comes. he turns his awful music on… he puts it ON FULL BLAST to the point half the resort is audibly saying turn it down. he doesn’t listen. his rampage continues. the music is just so so bad. you genuinely wish for deafness. and then… he gets ON THE MIC AND JUST STARTS WAFFLING, JABBERING AND JUST SAYING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. your mind and ears are just begging him to shut up, but eventually he does. you think it’s over. it’s not. he then appears next to you. he won’t shut up about bingo. and disco. and half of it is indecipherable. you feel helpless as all you can do is smile and nod and hope the evil passes. it doesn’t. it lingers awkwardly saying random things. eventually, a lifetime passes and it’s gone. eventually, your mind heals and your soul is restored. later that evening, you venture down to the pool once more just to relax with your s/o. but he’s back. and now… he REALLY wants to disco. he wants to take you somewhere that is a hundred euro per drink, pushy bouncers, anti-uk sentiment and a massive volume of men so women genuinely beware. (this was all gathered from the reviews of the place, they all said the same thing.) it was a fifteen minute walk down the road but he was offering a free lift! what a deal! just when i thought it was over and i thought i’d end up being beaten by a bunch of turkish bouncers for refusing to buy a drink… jesus himself appeared before this great evil and cast him away! (he finally took the message) yeah… this is ONE part of this holiday. keep reading at your own peril! i have so much more to say that i could write a book on this place, but here’s a condensed review; the food was legitimately worse than school dinners with the same food everyday and recycled food between lunch and dinner. gross. the pools were decent enough but let’s be real you can get that anywhere. poolside bar? awful. i saw them filling the machines with that 23p supermarket cola… yeah not what you pay hundreds for is it. the staff? half of them don’t speak english, half of them are rude and they all don’t care. the internet? awful. you have to pay 20 euros for a week of access on top of everything… per person. the wifi is only available in the lobby with whopping speeds of 5mbps down! yay! it says that this place has free wifi, so don’t listen to that. the rooms are fine. you can tell they haven’t seen a mop in years but the basic functionality of a room is there. our shower head was broken tho. just an extended metaphor really. the area is decent but it’s very turkish and at times you can feel a resentment of tourists amongst locals, but the market owners are all nice and some were even lovely, flaming

Arrived early hours of the morning to no food or water etc. It was a standard shock. The bin shot all over the room when I stood on the pedal as it was rusty. The lock on the safe disintegrated when I put the key in. The shower didn't empty due to a blocked drain. Room was relatively clean, pool was good. No sugar free drinks or sada water. Just coke, orange, draft beer, water, local gin, vodka and not much else. No snacks at ALL, other than a biscuit late afternoon that you had to queue up for. 2 or 3 other couples were English speaking but I got by with German, as most guests were Turkish, German or Russian. I slipped on the tiles near the pool and injured my shoulder. They are very slippy. I asked them to put a warning up but they pretend they don't understand. I still am in pain and can't use my shoulder. You have to queue up to get the food outside of the restaurant, as its on entry. The cake has always gone if your not first. There were a lot of people ill off the food. The food was adequate but very little meat. The scrambled egg was floating in water. I avoided it and rice. There was a good selection of salads and cheeses. The manager and staff were fantastic. It was that bad it was good as I appreciated every little thing. On the whole. It's a basic hotel with a nice pool and clean bed, with adequate food. Entertainment was just down to the 3 lads with no props or stage or anything. I made the best of it and I made so many friends which made me appreciate every tiny little thing. This hotel is the same distance from the airport as it is to where the earthquake took place. Where people are still living in ⛺️ tents. Nothing much is nearby, just a few clothes shops etc and thank goodness a kebab place. Would I go back....you never know!!
