Just over an hour drive from Moscow. Check in was very efficient and greeted by all staff as we entered. Rooms are spotless and the attention to detail shows they really care. Service in the restaurant was excellent and also kids orientated. So much to do from windsurfing to swimming....hard to choose but for all weather they have plenty of activities indoors and out. This hotel caters for couples, families, corporates and groups. Management are visible all the time and staff are constantly checking satisfaction. Choice of 3 restaurants but we used the waterfront as they had a buffet and the kids could choose. To conclude, I would say, stay a minimum 2 nights as there is so much to do and well done to the team as they really try hard to make you feel comfortable. It's a fantastic resort and if you live in Moscow and want to unwind than this is the place!!)

The pricing policy to charge extra fee seemingly "on every occasion" ruins the whole impression of the stay. While trying to order our breakfast in the room (we stayed in Premium room, fully prepaid, breakfast included) we were offered to pay full price for breakfast for the second time (instead of just a fee for delivery which is common practice). It is outrageous!

thesis the best resort in Moscow I've ever been. so much staff we got it, and our children was so enjoying having his time with animation guys. the room was clean, thanks for welcome amenities and card from manager, it was so personal touch, we appreciated it

Excellent location with river facing promenade along with multiple food options available. Lot of recreation options for kids and adults both in the hotel and outside the hotel. Restaurants were good but lacked Vegetarian options. Very few English speaking people so can face difficult in communicating if you don't know Russian. Overall staff is excellent and very helpful.

Отличный отель, но он только расположен в Тверской обл.,а не в Московской (Слава Богу)))) Прекрасное обслуживание и персонал. Красивый и ухоженный отель, великолепная территория . Все на высшем уровне. Хотелось бы только цену по дешевле.

Посетили Отель с 22 по 24 декабря. Отель нам очень понравился. Муж случайно забронировал Резорт Завидово. Девушка на рецепшен быстро забронировала нам номер на 4 этаже. Хороший стандартный номер с видом на реку. В номере чайник, пакетики чая, кофе, банные принадлежности, тапки, халаты . Персонал вежливый, внимательный. Все просьбы выполняются моментально. СПА хорошее. Завтраки тоже хорошие. Гуляли по лесу, катались на лыжах. Спасибо за отдых

Вывезли менеджмент на пару дней за город, пообщаться-отдохнуть. Впечатление неоднозначное. Во-первых 117 км от Москвы, это 3-3,5 часа по Ленинградке - уже мало радости. Вроде бы Волга рядом, а рекой не пахнет, правда зима, берем в расчет. Отель расположен как в песне "во поле березка стояла...", хотя никаких посадок не видно. Можно было бы ёлок-сосен понатыкать. Переходим в плюсам. Отель: современная планировка, качественная отделка. Заезд под козырек - удобно в снег и дождь. Прекрасный холл, рецепшн удобный, хотя персонал мог бы быть порасторопнее. Оформление одного человека за 15 минут это многовато. Откровенно удивил бар: выбор напитков небогатый, зато цены сразу вводят почти в наркоз. Понятно, когда отели умножают закупочную цену на 2 или 3. Но когда ставится коэффициент 5 - это уже перебор. Ресторан шведский стол откровенно слаб, ставить два котла с одной и той же солянкой - жидко, другие разносолы тоже не айс. Единственное светлое впечатление администратор Санникова Светлана - пять с плюсом. Смело можно двигать вверх по карьере, у неё правильная заточка по клиенту. Удобные залы для team building, оборудование и компоновка любая. И снова к минусам: номера не удобные, маленькое помещение забито мебелью, не развернёшься одеяло и подушка из синтепона - утром встаешь мокрый с отломанной шеей. Вода в кранах идет ржавая, точно не из Волги. Зеркало для бритья на уровне чуть выше пояса (может для карликов?). В целом - для выезда на командообразование терпимо, но не для отдыха явно.

Второй раз отдыхаю в Radisson! Теперь с друзьями! Даже в прохладное время года-супер. Отличные прогулки,спа-комплекс,хорошая мужская кухня,за что отдельное спасибо шеф-повару Sammy Spencer. Думаю,теперь уже на Новый год сюда завалимся😉
