Kone is a mining town and hotels are in great demand. The Pacifik is a new property and this was my first stay at this hotel. Since my business partners booked the hotel, I didn't have much choice in location. It was a nice apartment with all amenities available, including cooking utensils, but the hotel fails with not having any bottled water as well as coffee/tea items. This hotel failed again the next morning by forgetting to clean my room, even though i specifically asked them to. I had to ask the reception to clean again. The best part was that the receptionist didn't speak English so I had to use Google Translator to make my requirements known. The breakfast at this hotel is extremely basic but given that breakfast in New Caledonia seems more continental, one has no choice but to get used to it when one is in town. Overall, I'd say that the location and the rooms are the best part of this hotel but given that there's not much choice in where to stay in Kone, you've to accept the good with the bad.

Decent hotel in Kone, the front of staff with their limited English are very helpful it doesn’t hurt to learn some French phrases to show that you are also trying. Definitely need a rental vehicle to get around and they a secure garage for you to park. Our room apartment was extremely spacious downstairs with a loft upstairs for the bedroom and bathroom. I couldn’t fault this establishment it served our purposes well and I got to work on my tan at the pool.

Best stay in New Caledonia. Nive clean and new appartments, well equipped. Garage parking for cars. Friendly atmosphere and helpful personal. The reception alwas tried to help. Good beds and quiet and peaceful rooms.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit au Pacifik pour couper la route avant d’aller dans l’est! Très belle expérience! Nous avions un appartement duplex avec une mezzanine et une chambre indépendante, deux salles de bain, une belle cuisine très bien équipée, ainsi qu’un coin salon! Tout était très propre et très joli. Appartement extrêmement spacieux avec vue sur la piscine! Personnel extrêmement gentil! Tout était parfait et nous avons bénéficié de la réduction du cash nc! Il y’a en plus un parking sous-terrain pour garer les véhicules! Je recommande cet appart-hôtel +++

Excellent rapport qualité prix Les chambres sont très bien et le prix très raisonnable. Nous étions un groupe de 20 personnes, une bonne adresse sur Koné. Idéal également en famille avec les studios

Hôtel moderne et confortable. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Piscine agréable. Terrasse au calme. Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé le dimanche soir. Connexion wifi payante, sauf à la réception. Petit déjeuner correct avec fruits et œufs en supplément

Séjour très agréable, personnel sympathique et accueillant. Les appartements sont très bien équipés et bien agencés, assez spacieux. La localisation est également propice à un bon séjour, le cadre y est sympathique, pas trop bruyant.

Première fois hebergé dans ce bel hôtel de Koné, malgré plusieurs arrêts pour se restaurer au Kaptain Café. Très grand merci au directeur Bruno et à son épouse pour leur gentillesse et leur geste commercial.
