My recent experience with Gefyri Hotel was disappointing, to say the least. I booked two rooms online through *******, intending to stay in May. However, due to an error on Expedia's part where the booking was processed for June instead of May, I quickly realized the mistake within minutes of booking. Immediately, I contacted Gefyri Hotel to request a date change or cancellation. The staff's response was incredibly frustrating. They were inflexible and unwilling to accommodate my request to modify or cancel the reservation, citing their policy without any empathy or attempt to find a solution. Their communication was curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer. While I did not personally stay at the hotel, this experience with their staff left a sour taste. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist under these circumstances reflects poorly on their professionalism. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Gefyri Hotel, as they prioritized policy adherence over basic customer courtesy. Based on my interaction, I cannot recommend Gefyri Hotel to others looking for accommodations in Greece. Their handling of this situation was disappointing, and I advise potential guests to be cautious when booking with them.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort and cleanliness in a unique location. The rooms are well-maintained and cozy, and the staff ensures a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

A very good hotel in a lovely location by the river and the bridge from where it starts the walking path to saint Paisios monastery....Very nice room for family and very clean (every day cleaning the room) ...Staff were very helpfull and breakfast was ok (all the basics and some more).....the best was the restaurant that was unique and also the pool especially for the kids....it is about 1.8km from the center of Konitsa....it could be cheaper but we reccomend it

We had a great time at hotel Gefyri. Swimming at nearby river Aoos and then having cocktails by the pool! Food at the Bistro of the hotel is excellent - we tried fresh trout and local pies. Rooms are spacious, clean with nice view.

εξαιρετικη διαμονη διπλα στο ποτάμι. Μειναμε στο καινουριο δεντροσπιτο που εχει καταπληκτικη θέα στο ποταμό Αώο. πολυ ωραιο πρωινο , καθαρό κατάλυμα και υπεροχο φαγητό. τα στρωματα cocomat δίνουν μια υπέροχη αίσθηση στον ύπνο σε συνδυασμό με τον ήχο των πουλιων που σε ξυπνανε.

Ήσυχο, καθαρό, με καθαρή Πισινα , ωραίο πρωινο και νόστιμες γεύσεις στο εστιατόριο. Ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις στα Ζαγόρια και στην γύρω περιοχή. Και κυρίως για βουτιές στο ποτάμι που είναι ακριβώς δίπλα. Aξέχαστη διαμονη, σιγουρα θελουμε να επιστρεψουμε καποια στιγμή!

Δυστυχώς είχαμε πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία με το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Πρώτη φορά στα 8 χρόνια που ταξιδεύουμε με τον σύντροφο μου συναντήσαμε τέτοια άθλια κατάσταση. Δεν το περίμενα διότι το έρευναμε γενικά πολύ, για την διαμονή μας στις διακοπές μας. Τα δωμάτια είναι καμιά σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες, είναι εντελώς παραμελημένα. Στην ουσία το ξενοδοχείο λειτουργεί στον "αυτόματο" και ο ο ιδιοκτήτης ξεκάθαρα εκμετάλλευεται την τοποθεσία του καταλύματος. Πραγματικά κρίμα γιατί θα μπορούσε να ήταν ένα στολίδι εάν το πρόσεχαν και το συντηρούσαν. Το πρωινό άθλιο, πολύ μικρή ποσότητα σε επιλογές και όλα μπαγιάτικα. Τα κρουασάν αν τα έτρωγες στο κεφάλι θα στο άνοιγαν σίγουρα. Νηστικοί μείναμε βέβαια. Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση 4 βράδια, πληρώσαμε προκαταβολή τα 2. Εννοείται δεν αντέξαμε ούτε καν 2ο βράδυ. Μείναμε 1 βράδυ και φύγαμε άρων άρων την επομενη μέρα. Βέβαια από τι είδαμε "αργοπορημένα" σε άλλα σχόλια επισκεπτών ειναι συνηθισμένος ο ιδιοκτήτης σε τέτοιο γεγονός να φεύγουν άρων άρων από το αναμενόμενο. Φυσικά και δεν επιστραφηκε μέρος της προκαταβολής, το περιμέναμε βέβαια δεν την ζητήσαμε καν, προτιμήσαμε να χάσουμε ένα μικρό ποσό, πάρα να μείνουμε εκεί και να χαλάσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Βρήκαμε ευτυχώς εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα κατευθείαν σε αλλο χωριό, με τα ίδια χρήματα την βράδια και η ποιότητα των ανθρώπων, παροχών και της φιλοξενίας αλλο level. Δεν θα μπω σε λεπτομέρειες ειδικά για την "μπιχλα" που επικρατούσε στο δωμάτιο και τους ιστούς από αράχνες παντού.Κατω από το στρώμα του κρεβατιού μόνο φιδια δν βγήκαν. Θα δείτε απλά τις φωτογραφίες και θα κρίνετε. Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι που υπάρχει στις μέρες μας τέτοια αδιαφορία και σε μια τέτοια τοποθεσία, για μια τόσο κακη φιλοξενία που σε επιλέγουν για τις διακοπές τους να περάσουν ευχάριστα και τους βγαινει ξινό. Πραγματικά κρίμα. Οι φωτογραφίες μιλάνε όμως εγώ θα πω （ότι κρατήσει, γιατί τις αφαιρεί ο ιδιοκτήτης βέβαια） Η 2η φορά που προσπαθώ να προσθέσω την κριτική μου διότι την πρώτη μας έβγαλε και τρελούς ότι λέμε ψέματα ότι δεν είναι το δωμάτιο τους και πως δεν μείναμε εκεί. Αν είναι δυνατόν, τέτοιος επαγγελματίας είστε, κρίμα και πάλι εμείς θα πούμε. Μην μας παραπέμπετε να ανεβάσουμε μέχρι και την κατάθεση μας με την κράτηση. Αν είναι δυνατόν "Κύριε". Τραγικός απλά.

Ένα μικρό οικογενειακό ξενοδοχειο που προσφέρει ειλικρινή φιλοξενία. Το δωμάτιο ζεστό, καθαρό με δωρεάν Ξυλα για το τζακι. Το εστιατόριο εξυπηρέτησε ικανοποιητικά και τον vegan της παρέας. Μόνο πρόβλημα πως μετά τις 11 δεν μπορείς να βρεις κάποιον στη ρεσεψιόν παρά μόνο στο τηλέφωνο.
