Good location at the river/ lake, close to old “down town”. Dining “only fine dining”.
Rooms clean and bid, bath room clean. Breakfast is ok.

極度差評：欺詐、侮辱顧客、惡意勒索！
1️⃣ 惡意誣陷 + 敲詐勒索
酒店污衊我弄臟枱燈，強行索要95歐元替換費用。
證據確鑿：污漬明顯是陳年舊痕（昏暗光線下都可見），且我衹入住2晚。當我要求提供維修憑證或者價目表時，對方拒不出示；並且我要求他們出示我入住前枱燈的照片作為證據時，根本拿不出照片，這就是明確的誹謗和敲詐！
這就是敲詐！專門坑騙住客錢財。
2️⃣ 侵犯私隱 + 偷拍物品
我已掛出"請勿打擾"牌，工作人員仍擅自闖入房間！明明有我的聯繫方式但是完全沒有嘗試與我聯繫，取得我的同意後進入房間。更噁心的是：他們偷拍我的私人物品照片，嚴重侵犯我的私隱權和人權。
3️⃣ 房間像垃圾場
地毯發黴、牆面破裂，根本不值這個房價！
投訴後經理態度囂張："愛住不住，賠錢再説！"合理取消訂單卻遭到無理拒絕。
作為獨行中國女性，全程被惡意針對，故意對我進行精神施壓。性別歧視、種族歧視！
4️⃣私隱性差
周邊有偷窺的鄰居，也侵犯我的私隱權。

Wir haben Superior Zimmer gebucht, aber das Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen (Dunkel, neben dem Aufzug). Für ein de luxe Zimmer mussten wir pro Nacht 88 Euro bezahlen. Das Zimmer war hell und hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Rhein. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und bequem, aber das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht professionell und arrogant. Beim Frühstück war das Personal völlig überfordert.Auf einen Cappuccino mussten wir 30 Minuten warten. Insgesamt entspricht das Personal nicht den Erwartungen eines 4 Sterne Hotels.
