The staff who managed our check in showed us where to park since the hotel did not have private parking and i am very thankful for that.
They upgraded our room with additional single bed eventhough there were just the two of us.
The room's cleanliness is acceptable but the toilet bowl need some additional cleaning.
Breakfast was okay. Simple turkish breakfast.
The location is very strategic, 5 to 10 mins to Mevlana Museum.

Reception staff not helpful with directions to hotel.Facilities are minimal. No air con, Toilet not Flushing, lightings to staircase is very dim and really needs improvement for safety, power outlets are few and loose. No hot water jug in the room for making tea or coffee. Our room window open onto street and it was very noisy till past midnight.

A hotel for one night and everything would have been fine, but there was a construction site nearby with some inadequate workers who were yelling and hammering something almost the whole night. So I left in a disgusting mood and had no time for a hotel.

The price paid for this place compare too quality is too high. Staff does not care and tries to get more money than what u booked for. We were extremely tired and we agreed eventually because we needed to sleep. Bed is ok but it the room is not a standard for the price. Location is good.
