The hotel was in a great location, about a 1 or 2 minute walk from Rumi's shrine, which turned out to be a central location. It's an easy landmark to find and everything you need from food to gifts are all around it. The hotel room itself was simple, a bit smaller than I expected but it was okay for me. Everything was really clean, the TV worked, the showerhead worked, and there were no problems or leakages anywhere in the bathroom. The shower stall, too, was a bit small, but it was okay for four days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Only weird thing, though, is that the walls are a bit thin so I could hear when the toilet was flushed in the next room.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The equipment in the room was also good. The highlight in the room was the TV, which was in the mirror of the chest of drawers. For us as a family of three, the room (standard room with a double bed) was a bit too small, which we will take into account when booking the next hotel.
All in all, the hotel is recommended for its location and prices.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and everything was done to make the stay in Konya a memorable one. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Even the lobby is decorated in beautiful fashion. All in all, a very good place to stay while in Konya.

It was really really GOOD. The place was really good and the receptionists were really helpful. We enjoy every second in their hotel. It was just like being home with your family. I strongly suggest it. They booked tickets for us. And even serve breakfast sooner than usual because we wanted to leave. The room and sheets were clean. It was a small cozy place. We even preferred to stay in lobby when back from sightseeing. Tip: Choose them if u don't know Turkish.

I got a discounted price about 1.5 months in advance through otelfiyat (because 15-17 December are the busy days so I took precautions) After the reservation I called the hotel and confirmed it. Unfortunately 1 day before otelfiyat called me and said Ney Otel sold our room and they were sorry for us, they ruined my morale and said since we were the victims they reserved a room for us in a better hotel (this also fooled us Stories Otel which has a low temperature and a smelly room) (there are many alternatives because all the hotels are full) The real fault and money maker Ney Hotel, they cancelled the sold room for a higher price, is this tradesmanship or morality, you had sold it now and earned less would you die, it would be haram for you to earn 10 times that amount, live in regret, those who caused this would not understand what happened, you are heartless people
