In Gallery Hotel & Spa

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa in Korçë, particularly regarding their spa services. I attempted to book treatments on three separate occasions, and each time I was refused for vague reasons. On my final attempt, I spent 45 minutes in the spa area, and it was clear that the therapist wasn’t working at all, despite claims of being fully booked. I believe I was refused service due to my sexual orientation, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. As for the hotel itself: • The room is spacious, but there’s nowhere to properly open a suitcase except on the floor, and the seating area is just two rudimentary chairs. • The swimming pool in the spa area is not heated as advertised. • The fitness area is essentially used as a storage room for folded beds and random furniture. • The only highlight was the breakfast, though I wish the service matched the quality of the food, as the staff were rather cold. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its advertised standards or basic expectations of respect and hospitality. On top of that, after raising my concerns about this to the receptionist of the hotel, they had no shame to reach out Bookingcom and say we never show up to the property!! UNBELIEVABLE!

I visited In Gallery Hotel for a weekend and I would like to say that it was a perfect weekend getaway. The room was very spacios & comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Passing to the breakfast, for a 4- star boutique hotel , the breakfast was very nice and with a variety of choices. Very good service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here with friends for just one night, but could have stayed longer. Hotel is lovely. All Rooms very different. Initial thought was quite brutal architecture but the rooms have great touches of comfort and culture. Staff are all very friendly. Cool bar on ground floor with great ambience. Restaurant on top flood amazing. Fantastic food, chilled and comfortable.

Special design spacious rooms, super breakfast served and friendly staff! A very beautiful rooftop restaurant with live music and delicious food to enjoy on your stay! Happy to visit again especially on holidays✨

The worst customer service hotel ever..My partner and I came from the USA, they charged $180 a night just because they realized all of us were there for a wedding. The staff is always angry, rude and not accommodating. There is no shower door, we took a shower the whole water spilled all over the floor. Housekeeping doesn’t show up day to day. They don’t call cabs/ taxis etc. for you. The hotel smells like cigarettes and mildew everywhere. I wanted to throw up, even though we got a non-smoking room. I would choose another hotel, if I ever stay. This was not worth the money. Oh and while the view is beautiful good luck with the church bells ringing 🔔 at 7am. Worst experience ever, do not bother. Pay a cheaper hotel and you will have a better experience, especially if you are traveling from out of town.
