The relatively new Berman, the overall stay experience is very comfortable. The room was very clean, no smell, good sound insulation, almost no disturbing noise. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful. I didn’t expect to stay in such a great hotel in Korla. The price/performance ratio is really high.

Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: The room is very big, and there are everything around the hotel, including convenience stores, pharmacies, eating places, coffee shops, and free parking.
Service: The attitude of the staff was good, but our check-out was postponed until 4 pm. The front desk guy also called to ask if we would like to extend our stay. As a result, the staff opened the door to the room at 2 pm, and we just happened to have it. It was quite embarrassing to see it when I came back from outside.
