差！差到極致的酒店！在他們家住了十天，20號的凌晨5點，由於他們前台工作人員自己的失誤導致把房間給別人開錯了，我的父母在裏面睡覺，別人刷卡開門，給我的母親精神造成了嚴重的傷害。我們連夜換酒店。到了新的酒店她都不敢一個人睡，精神恍惚。那邊説等他們上班了再予以解決。可是呢？我們等到的是她們不負責的掛電話。我請問這就是你們解決的辦法？這就是你們對消費者的態度？況且我的母親還在這個酒店住了很多次，辦理了會員卡，我們連夜帶到老帶到小走，這就是你們的態度璞居酒店？

無意中挑選了這家酒店，房間很乾凈，從老闆到服務員態度都非常好，床品很新，房間佈局也好，一次性用品質量都很好，讓人很安心，還有直飲水，咖啡茶包很貼心。樓下吃飯很方便。最關鍵的是老闆會盡全力解決住客的問題，真的很棒，商務旅行都很推薦。

位置非常好，在新滙嘉旁邊，最熱鬧的一條街，四周到處是吃的。乾淨。服務特別好，第二天下午四點多了才退房，都沒有多收費用，優秀的服務。

就是一個老裝修的酒店，下面都是火鍋店，電梯舊還有一股燒烤味，房間都是很老的格局，電視機很小，床偏軟，衞生間的水斗又小又低，用起來很難受，放牙具的塑料盒子，一不小心摔地上就碎了，幾塊錢很廉價的東西，要收 30 元！
