賓館設備比較老舊，床被套和枕頭感覺挺臟，浴室沒有洗浴噴頭，離店後前台服務員也沒有及時系統退客，給我們定下一個賓館造成麻煩，希望服務及時到位

睡覺睡的好好的，不敲門就把門打開，這是家裡麪呀，自己就把門打開，第一次就不説什麼，大半夜凌晨四點連續兩次，把門打開，這讓客人怎麼還這麼住！
