The platform said check-out at four o'clock, but the front desk said check-out at two o'clock. If you exceed the time limit, you will be charged a 106 overtime fee. It said that if you give a good review, there will be no overtime fee. I asked her to talk to her, but the two receptionists also had bad attitudes. She said that she would just deduct the fee as usual and we would complain, and asked her to call the manager. What a gentle tone. After the call, there would be no overtime fee. Her attitude towards us was still not very good. When we asked for the manager's phone number, she immediately softened her attitude and said, "I was wrong, okay." Is this the service attitude and working ability of the front desk of this hotel? (Let’s just discuss the matter!!! I don’t recommend it regardless of the service attitude or the environment.)
