位於市中心的掛牌三星級酒店，五分鐘步行圈內有人民廣場、巴州美術館、太百購物，到風帆廣場、孔雀公園大約十分鐘。酒店房間寬敞明亮，衞生保潔好。

酒店地理位置很方便，去機場有大巴直達。看來很多好評定的，結果非常失望，不知這些好評是怎麼得來的？房間一股濃烈的煙味，傢俱非常陳舊，窗子很臟且打不開，房間破破爛爛，廁所一言難盡，洗澡水很小且會濺到這個浴室地板上，浴簾很臟，毛巾破破爛爛臟兮兮的，感覺是個小招待所。早餐也是很糟糕，完全沒有用心做，都是一些非常油膩的小菜，全部一個味還泡在油裏，饅頭和餅，有豆漿，粥和玉米糊糊，絕對不值得花錢買早餐，可以出去吃。大堂接待的服務態度很好，樂於助人！

好，沒想到這麼好，乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，硬件設施齊全，智能化控制系統，馬桶都是智能的。有自己的停車位。出行方便，周圍吃飯方便，這個價格太值了。本來打算住一晚，後來又續了一晚上。下次再來一定還選擇這裏。

酒店地理位置優越，特別適合非自駕遊的客人，交通便利，機場大巴專線（全程10元）路過酒店附近，從機場方向過來可在州醫院（樓蘭賓館）站下，火車站方向過來可乘坐101路公交車在州醫院站下，酒店雖然有些年頭，但內部設施還是不錯的，乾淨整潔，卧具潔凈，前台工作人員熱情接待，辦理入住退房手續很快。
