I booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. They tried to speak English with us, which was very kind. There's a wet market around the back and a very good bakery that sells out instantly. There are also nighttime food stalls, but we didn't partake.

衞生很差，不乾淨，床單也沒洗乾淨，電線裸露，天花板有一塊都快掉了，牆上噴的也不知道是什麼東西，體驗很不好#房間設施空調漏水還需接桶自行處理

這個酒店第一次入住，挺好的，服務也很好，衞生也不錯，最好的是浴室，出熱水超級快，特別滿意，簡直是性價比很高，位置還很好，交通方便，旁邊就有市場，也可以購物，真的很滿意

洗漱用品不讓用，還沒到時間就讓退房
首先，前台不讓我爸用房間裏的洗漱用品，凌晨四點入住的，前台那女的 新疆時間12點就趕我爸出來，我當時讓我爸跟前台説延遲兩個小時，新疆時間兩點前退房，前台説不行，延遲就要付錢。
我打電話前台一點沒有時間概念，她不懂什麼叫新疆時間和北京時間，現在16點她跟我説現在新疆時間4點了，好好培訓一下吧，那是沒上過學嗎？
