前台不專業，才看到那麼多差評説前台“説一句頂一句”，名不虛傳，真的是這種服務做什麼酒店呢？水平差，邏輯有問題，還硬推鍋給客人，別做了酒店禍害人了，消費還要看你什麼嘴臉啊，真有意思，就你那個服務水平，在家待着多好，別給巴州旅遊丟人了。

我住的啡凡大床房，那屋裡的洗手液按不動，費勁吧啦按下出來的洗手液跟大鼻涕似的，護髮素裏面有蟲子，洗手間的捲紙上一個住客留下了1/4卷的紙，沒及時給清理。吹風機也很垃圾，剛用兩下不好使了，馬桶坐墊歪的，感覺要壞了，隔音也特別差樓上以及走廊説話都能聽到，其他的衞生條件就更一般了吧，價格250多也不要求有多好了，而且我就出差住一天還能忍。
最後説一句前台服務人員態度還是很好的，但酒店衞生，設施等都太一般了。

最最最最差最最最噁心的酒店沒有之一！最高級別的大床房，面積最多十二平米，冒充的25平米，熱水放半個小時都不是很熱，前台態度死差！帶着長者小孩過來，一大堆行李時，屬實不方便換酒店，但是！**這次離店之後再也不會入住這個爛酒店，早點倒閉吧！

設施：齊全，還備有一些日用一次性用品，目前見過最細心一家酒店（除洗衣設備沒升級到幹烘外）
衞生：乾淨
環境：有停車場，去博物館、夜市交通方便。背後面有小超市可以買水果，吃的也不少，酒店的提供不算豐富，但出品是可以的。
服務：酒店工作人員全體很好，從若羌過來衹有晚上的火車、到達才凌晨5點，以為還不能辦理入住，值班一位小哥告知可以。早餐廳的阿姨會和每一位用餐顧客打招呼。體驗感超好，👍👍
