Terrible reception lady most unhelpful and rude person I’ve ever encountered. Lied about a water shortage when it was just the hotel having problems. Pool was in the shade all day long. Very deceiving. Found hair in my breakfast on multiple occasions. WiFi was terrible. However good cleaners, good bar staff and ok location. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

Came as a very last minute booking as On The Beach lied to us about confirming with our original hotel confirmation (it was closed). Lovely small hotel and great food included in the half board. Would definitely recommend when travelling for work or just wanting to be close to Kos town. Great cocktails too if that's your thing!

Very good location near the sea and Ancient Agora, Plane Tree of Hippocrates and Nerantzia Castle and a walking distance to all Kos town restaurants, bars,... Room was OK for two adults and one child. Friendly stuff. We only had some troubles finding a free parking spot near the hotel.

Very well located and positive impact. Staff very friendly, spacious reception with pool ND book area. Room was cleaned and renovated, unfortunately the bathroom was small, not perfectly cleaned and not renovated. Moreover, it had no window and no ventilation working. Breakfast good. Considering the high season, the price we paid was ok even though I would not give it more than 3 stars.

We stayed at Triton at the end of the season. The location was great as it was in the middle of Kos Town - about a 5 minute walk to the port. The actual hotel is beautiful and lives up to the pictures online, its lovely to eat at the restaurant downstairs at breakfast as its a great balance between indoor and outdoor eating and is a great way to start off the day. We also can't fault the staff as they were very friendly. They have a games room and gym in the basement which is handy when you have a late flight as its a nice area to relax away from the restaurant that gets busy at night However, we paid extra for a sea view room when we checked in we were given a side sea room (in the corner) with about 70% of the view being the side street. We were disappointed with this as they do not state they're are side sea views or that you may get this also the sea view rooms advertised as the room we would be getting was not the one we received. My partner also had made some requests for nice things like wine and fruit to be put in the room as a surprise for me as it was an anniversary. They assured us over email that this request would be fulfilled but this wasn't done either. We requested to be moved to another room wasn't moved until 2 nights before the end of our stay. Another concern was the variety in room size, the 1st room we were in with quite large and it was easy for 2 people to exist in there however the 2nd room was very small and the bathroom was nearly inaccessible and was quite uncomfortable to use at times. It seemed to us that to get a true sea view room of a standard size it was down to the luck of the draw. The breakfast was standard and pre prepared apart from the pancakes, we are vegan (which we alerted the hotel to before we arrive by email and on the arrival) and they stated they would speak to kitchen and see if something could be prepared for us. However, this like other requests was not fulfilled. The breakfast available was for vegans was bread, Cereal, non dairy milk and fruit. We went out and bought our own supplies of butter and chocolate spread to have on toast which they didn't mind. But by the end of 7 days I was tired of eating same thing and I felt they're was a missed opportunity and lack of effort from the hotel on this point. The pool is nice and cold but refreshing in the hot sun, we wish that it wasn't used as a main entrance and fully asscessible from the side street by anyone as it can be uncomfortable at times for relaxing. Again, i cant fault the staff especially at breakfast and the location of the hotel. However for the price point they're are other hotels that would have meet our needs better and sadly, I won't be returning

Good value for money. We got family room just up stairs from pool. And hotel 30 sec walk from hotel. So with kids eager to swim .. perfect. And not in busiest turist stop. But still close to inner Kos and all in easy walking distance. A bit run down perhaps and noisy from street but again - good value.

Every summer, we visit Kos island and stay at Triton hotel. The location is central. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is delicious. But above all, their staff, specially Kathy and Maria at the reception desk are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a 5 day stay at Triton. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was of good quality and a good variety as well. The restaurant menu is equally good for dinners and you get 10% off. I'll easily pass for a 4 star Hotel as quality plus location is on point. Shout out to chef Mario, he's the star of the hotel.
