Спасибо персоналу отеля за гостеприимность, отзывчивость, желание каждую минуту помочь. Самые теплые воспоминания оставил отдых в отеле. Хочется вернуться сюда, и не раз... Браво хозяевам, персоналу, дизайнерам, всем, кто вложил душу и сердце в это прекрасное место!!! Номер оформлен со вкусом, атмосфера уюта завораживает, продумано все до мелочей. А какая потрясающая кухня: обьедение и как все красиво придумано! Нам принесли ужин и завтрак в номер, было очень приятно поужинать с прекрасным видом на Волгу... Спасибо вам, дорогие внимательные люди, профессионалы своего дела. Так держать!!! Молодцы!!! Всем советую посетить это шикарное место.

Было все очень мило, начиная с бронирования, отличным сервисом, прекрасным завтраком. Очень опрятный и приятный номер, не смотря на то, что стандарт. Прекрасный вид на Волгу. Летом, наверное, еще более симпатичный. Однозначно, рекомендуем к посещению. Отдельное спасибо за прекрасный завтрак. Я бы сказала, один из лучших( может, конечно, кто - то поспорит, хотя не представляю почему) Еще раз спасибо за гостеприимство❤️

Останавливаюсь с момента постройки отеля, наблюдаю за динамикой. Видно, что стараются совершенствоваться и обновляться. Понравилось обновление номеров. Персонал в целом всегда очень милый и приветливый, есть нюансы обслуживания, но это человеческий фактор. Мелкие волосы в ванной, холодный блинчик (на неделе авторской кухни). Ребята, вы здесь не на долго, а отелю дальше работать, не портите имидж. Повар старался! Еще раз скажу, что это мой любимый отель в России. Желаю ему процветания!

Отличный отель, тихий, уютный, красивый, вид на реку. Изобильные завтраки. Ресторан в топе гайда по Костроме. Рядом с отелем ТЦ, магазины, аптеки, историческая часть города через мост. Персонал отзывчивый, клиентоориентированный. 10/10

Мы отдыхали в крутейшей гостинице "Круиз", она находится на берегу Волги (река кстати замёрзла). Номера очень ухоженные, тематические (всё оформление, связано с путешествиями по воде). Летом от гостиницы можно легко добраться до пляжа, если любите купание. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Отдельно отмечу питание. Здесь просто великолепная кухня. Я не встречала места, где на выбор на завтрак тебе подавали сразу два блюда по меню и таких вкусных! Шикарные блинчики, шакшука, авторские каши и традиционные завтраки, никакого унылого шведского стола. Завтраки очень вкусные, но не менее вкусное и основное меню. В отеле работает ресторан, в нём можно забронировать столик, даже если вы не проживаете в гостинице.

Добрый день ! Отдыхали в отеле 19.05.2023, выбрали комфорт с видом на Волгу, за вид 5 баллов. Начнем с того , что как заходишь в номер, все прокуренно и запах отвратительный, прикроватные тумбы в пыли, вздутый стол от влаги, прижженное покрывало. На зеркале было поздравление : С днем рождения, Андрей Иванович, неизвестно k0му 9 ну это к тому, что зеркало не моют. Но за завтрак в номер 5 баллов, еда вкусная. Попросили принести в 10:00, принесли после звонка в 10:37, остывшую еду. Я не могу оценить этот отель в 4*, максимум 2*. Подкупает только вид на Волгу, видимо акцент на то , что грязи не заметят. Девушка на ресепшен спросила впечатление, на мои высказывание о грязи полный игнор. Наверное больше бы не вернулись

Самый самый вкусный завтрак, очень уютный номер, абсолютно чисто, белоснежные белье и полотенца, удобный матрас, любые мелочи предусмотрены, обязательно вернусь в отель и ресторан. Первый раз обедали и ужинали в одном месте, вкус блюд до сих пор вспоминаю, это что-то невероятное)

При посещение Костромы выбираем только этот отель. Думаю самый лучший отель Костромы. Отличные номера, сервис на пятерку, шикарный вид и очень вкусные завтраки!!!! Рекомендую посетить этот отель всем!
