I had booked and paid to stay here, when i arrived i got such a horrible experience of rudeness from fromt of house staff i decided to just walk away. I was rudely told check in at 3pm, it was before 11am, so despite having been emailed to say i can check in at 11am and how happy they will be when i arrive and that i am staying there…the reaction i got from reception staff told me, just do not stay here. First time i ever met a rude Malay. I would rather stay on the road than stay where someone is so rude to me. What did i do to you? Why are you so rude to me? One can see why thre is a no refund policy, i wonder if any guests actually stay here after being spoken to and treated ao rudely. Welcome to kota bahru…if i can give a zero out of five i would.
