"Good hotel, basement parking difficult to find, quite packed. Parking can validate, noneed pay. Stay at level 18, lift waiting take time. Toilet is big and spacious. Bed is big and good. Hair dryer is strong for female hair. I like the hotel overall. (Photo not related, forget to take hotel photo)."
"Tempat strategik sebab sebelah ade kb mall and terletak betul2 tengah bandar kb. cuma for the parking tu just ade public parking area hotel. But will stay here again cuz affordable and banyak kemudahan. 🤩"
"Spacious and well-equipped room with essentials like hair dryer, charging ports, and water dispenser. Breakfast has a fair variety but taste is average. Surrounding area lacks convenience stores and food options, but overall a comfortable stay for business trips."
"Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night."
"Nice apartment and clean. The location is nearby the town especially Kopitiam Kita and Pasar Siti Khadijah. We enjoyed staying here just for one night and satisfied with the facilities provided."
"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market, with numerous shops and amenities surrounding it. However, the parking area behind the hotel is limited and quite cramped. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition; the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, but thankfully I was able to switch rooms. Cleanliness was an issue; the bed felt quite hard, and the sheets weren't clean. While it might be okay for a single night's stay, it's far from comfortable. The second room was similar, though the air conditioning was slightly better. It was an old unit that cooled very slowly and appeared unmaintained. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service was acceptable. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired."
"The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The facilities were good. The staff were friendly at all times. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. The overall experience was good."

Great
AANIS AMALIN ASSAADAHWhen we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.
GGuest UserOverall, everything was good. The breakfast and food were decent. The location was excellent, being right in the city center. My only minor complaint was that the elevator was out of order upon arrival.
AAcikSukaJalan2Had a really good stay at Jewels Hotel! The best part? At night there’s a lively market right outside, so dinner is literally just downstairs — no need to travel far when delicious food is calling. 😋
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. For only RM15, you get porridge, nasi lemak, fried noodles, bread, cereal, and even kuih. Honestly, that’s a steal! We also enjoyed a nice morning walk to Pasar Siti Khadijah — very convenient.
Oh, and I have to mention the tiny lift. It’s not big, but it’s super handy for luggage or if you’re traveling with elderly family members.
The only downside: there’s no private parking. So if you’re driving, just be prepared. Other than that, definitely a place worth staying!
PPEICHANLove this hotel service very much. Although the amenities provided are not really complete as there is no swimming pool, this hotel served the guest very well. The staffs are well polite, great us whenever see us. Thumbs up to their roof garden buffet breakfast. Enjoy the yummy and variety choice food beside the scenery view. The scramble egg and mash potato are the best among all the food provided. The check out procedure was super fast. Will stay in Crystal Lodge if I visit Kelantan in the future.
SStarZy7The stay at Hotel O Rayyan Soffea was okay. The room was basic and clean, but nothing special. Facilities are limited, so it’s more suitable just for a short stopover. The location is convenient, but parking can be a bit tight. Staff service was fine, though not very attentive.
Overall, it’s decent if you just need a place to rest, but don’t expect too much.
NNIABDULROHMANThe accommodation is an apartment. This was my first time experiencing an overseas stay that's self-service, which required me to be quite independent. It was a completely new experience, quite different from anything you'd typically find in Thailand, and I'm very pleased with it.
GGuest UserBooked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.
