Totally disappointed, the staff is worst. The ***ager is totally rude and should learn some ***ners on how to talk to women and customers. When we left the room someone from staff had a nice time with a cigarette in our room and when complained they did not agree to it. Worst behaviour from hotel staff and would not even give 1 star if possible. Can't believe Goibibo recommend this hotel which is no more than any local homestay! Cleanliness?? There is none - definitely not sanitized. Doors?? - not working - tried 3 rooms and all same.

room is good hotel services is also good .. but bathroom is not that much clean .. I have some issue with cleanliness that's why it is very hard for me to use dirty washroom.. either hotel is excellent with good services 👌

Hotel was very good .near all market .hote on main road .room service ic very good. Check in room found very well and clean .lift working very nice, and fast, everytime available on ground.mr Lalit parihar very nice person .

Had to spend one night at Kota so selected this hotel bass on pictures. When reached realises it is quite far off from railway station in fact nearer to airport. Situated in Kota coaching district. It took quite some time to find location. One lady at reception all good smooth check in, promisd to be helped to get early morning auto rickshaw. Room is ok, good faculty but quite small. Also faint stink. Worst happened when trying to sleep. There are noices from adjacent A/C or some other devices, regularly at fixed intervals. Had a difficult time to be able to sleep. Food is very costly so ate outside. Morning shower though was quite refreshing. It was one of the worst experience when person at reception refused to help to get am auto while raining and early morning. Rather asked us to walk down and find our own.

An average experience, good entry, satisfactory check-in, good response of staff. Booked room with breakfast. Room could have been bit better.

I've never seen this type of room this is very brilliant room and service and their room is cleaned and good in smell no complaint for this hotel and room and i love this room next time i'm gonna come here only
