checking in taking longer time and not smooth. Door let cant use in the lift, changed 2nd time again coz cant open the room

The room is quite small. Very near to all. Gaya street is just so near to the hotel. But the water pressure is not to good. Overall is okey.

This hotel has a great location, close to everything. Free parking was a big help. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Had a good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient with easy access to nearby places. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the clean swimming pool, the hotel’s eco-friendly “go green” approach, and the free parking. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

Waking up to a view is nice.
Ok location but the service is abit slow and the service personnel don’t seems to understand what you are asking for.
Ok for short trips but wouldn’t recommend for longer stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hotel itself is beautiful with clean and comfortable rooms. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful service. they helped me arrange a birthday cake in advance and even gave me a free room upgrade. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Location right smack in front of the local market and fishery! Love to immerse in the hustle and bustle of locals patronizing the market.
The sunset is just so mesmerizing. My friends and I did not hesitate to drop everything and go straight to the infinity pool for a dip and pictures.
1 night in Kota Kinabalu is definitely not enough. I’ll be back and Citadines will be my top choice.

Everything was nice, service, rooms, amenities.
They don't provide toothbrushes in the room but if need it can request at lobby.
