Lovely hotel, above a mall which has a supermarket on the basement floor called Hannah’s, also has a subway and Burger King in the mall, they have a pool and a gym (only some of the equipment is working) also I wanted to use the sauna but it was broken and weird how both male and female Saunas were broken so was really disappointed as we only were here for one night and wanted to make use of all facilities!

Avoid this hotel! First of all, the location is very remote. The taxi driver was very surprised why we booked here. The area is old and shabby. There are a lot of bugs in the room. My friend was bitten. When we asked the hotel to deal with it, they directly shirked the responsibility and said that bugs could not appear in the room. We were all so angry that we laughed. How could we bring bugs from Semporna? In short, the location is bad, the facilities are bad, and the hotel service attitude is particularly bad!

Everything is good. The infinity pool is not big but not crowded. I saw a clean pool but the water quality is not particularly clean, so it's okay. Although it is far from the city center, there are many restaurants around. There is a small shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. There is a Kolo Mee near this hotel.
