Steep stairs to climb just to reach the lobby, not suitable for elderly people especially when you have heavy luggage. The room is dirty, the wall socket is not working I was unable to charge my phone and use my steamer I had to buy an extension cord and use the outlet for the TV which is 9 feet from the floor. There's no proper place to put my stuff, just a broken shelf/table. Two things I like about this place is the ease of parking and great location, just 15min walk from Gaya street, but again, this isn't exclusive to this hotel because there are plenty of choices in this area. Will I come back again? NO!

The TV is good, the WiFi and Aircon are nice. But it asks extra travel tax 10 MR./night.

Room didn’t match with the picture update , stain and slight burn on linen, tv and water heater is not function, dirty window and broken mirror in the first room

It's a comfortable place to stay if you're looking for a budget hotel.. The price is good. The room could use a little bit of upgrading..

no hairdryer, no iron, no coffee cup or glass, no mineral water provide, the face mirror broken. channel on tv got no subtitles. room is very small space for queen size of bedroom. pillow very this and just only 1 pillow provided for 1person 🤦🏻
